Company’s Agreements:

Sheffield Surgical Instruments. believe in the highest moral value and business ethics. Once a contract is made with a customer, we execute it in its true and lateral spirit to the entire satisfaction of the client. because customer satisfaction is the most cherish reward for us.


Prices:

Prices are stable for one year, however, the Company may change the prices of the products on giving written notice prior to delivery.


Minimum Orders:

We require a minimum order of US$ 1000 to process a delivery


Payment Terms:

Sheffield Surgical requires 50% advance payment of the face value of total order. Rest of the payment shall be made before the delivery.

Where goods are supplied on credit the payment terms are strictly 30 days from invoice date, unless otherwise agreed between Sheffield Surgical and the Customer.


All goods remain the property of Sheffield Surgical until payment has been received in full.


Warranty:

All instruments supplied by Sheffield Surgical are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and materials. If any instrument is found to be unsatisfactory in normal use or breakage it will be refurbished or replaced free of charge.

This guarantee will not cover products which have become defective through misusage.


Returns & Technical Support:

No returns are accepted without prior notices. Please call our customer service department to obtain your invoice number. We reserve the right to examine returned goods before issuing credit. Special order products or goods sold on a non-return basis may not be returned. Returns must be made within 21 days of the invoice date. Our services team will carry out all repairs quickly and reliably.
